Terms and Conditions – 33xxx Platform Rules for Pakistan

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the 33xxx platform, accessing any part of the website, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms form the complete agreement between you and 33xxx regarding your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of 33xxx after any updated version of these terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must meet all of the following conditions to register and use a 33xxx account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 33xxx is strictly an adults-only platform.
• You are registering voluntarily as a personal account for entertainment use.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or under any restriction that would prohibit you from using an online gaming platform.
• You are not using the platform on behalf of another person, business or third party.
• You understand that online gaming involves financial risk and are participating voluntarily with funds you can afford to use for entertainment.

33xxx reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If satisfactory verification cannot be provided, the account may be restricted or closed and any pending withdrawal may be held until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the 33xxx platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances being voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 33xxx may ask for identity verification documents at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any other point where verification is required.

Your account login credentials are your responsibility. You should not share your username or password with anyone. 33xxx will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared credentials or failed to keep your login details secure.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

All financial transactions on 33xxx are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash
• Easypaisa
• Raast
• Bank Transfer
• Debit and credit cards
• Supported mobile wallets

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account. 33xxx does not apply any internal transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside 33xxx's control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within standard processing windows. In cases where additional verification is required — such as for large withdrawals or where identity verification is pending — processing times may be longer. 33xxx will communicate directly with the account holder in such cases.

Funds deposited into your 33xxx account are used solely for gaming activity on the platform. 33xxx does not pay interest on account balances. If your account remains inactive for an extended period, 33xxx may apply an inactivity policy as detailed in your account settings.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Rewards

33xxx offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome offers, deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page or communicated at the time of the offer.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without meeting the stated wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be played through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses carry expiry dates. Any bonus not used within the stated period will be removed from the account automatically.
• 33xxx reserves the right to cancel or amend any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been issued and wagering is in progress, the cancellation policy will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus on a second or duplicate account will result in both accounts being closed.

The 33xxx VIP programme is governed by its own detailed terms available on the VIP page. VIP points, tier progression and tier-specific rewards are subject to the policies described there, including tier review periods and maintenance thresholds.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 33xxx platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. 33xxx will not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a documented technical error on the platform's side.

For sports betting, all markets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport. In cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and other formats — standard cricket betting rules apply to settlement of match result, innings, player and tournament markets. Abandoned matches and interrupted fixtures are settled according to the rules displayed for each market.

For casino and live casino games, the rules of each individual game govern play. Random number generator (RNG) outcomes for casino games are certified independently. Live casino outcomes are determined by live dealer action in real time and are not subject to any platform-side control.

For bingo, the rules of each room — including prize structures, pattern requirements and ticket prices — are displayed before you join a session. Ticket purchases are final once confirmed.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

33xxx operates on the basis that all players use the platform in good faith for personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technology that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting technical bugs, glitches or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Any deliberate abuse of the bonus or promotion system, including but not limited to coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.

33xxx monitors accounts for patterns that suggest prohibited conduct. Where such patterns are identified, 33xxx reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold balances pending investigation and permanently close accounts where prohibited conduct is confirmed. In serious cases, relevant information may be shared with appropriate authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

33xxx is committed to supporting responsible gaming. The platform is designed for entertainment, not as a financial instrument or income source. We encourage all players to treat gaming as a leisure activity and to set firm personal limits before they start playing.

The following self-management tools are available in all 33xxx accounts:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly deposit maximums.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently restrict your own access to the platform.

By registering an account, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data subject to legal retention obligations.

33xxx does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services as necessary for platform operation.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

33xxx may suspend or permanently close an account at any time where:

• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 is identified or suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Verification documents requested are not provided within a reasonable period.
• Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks are identified.
• The account holder requests closure.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in our inactivity policy.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting 33xxx support. Where an account is closed voluntarily and there is a positive balance, the remaining balance will be returned via the player's usual withdrawal method after any applicable checks are complete.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, 33xxx reserves the right to withhold or void any balance that was accumulated through prohibited conduct.

11 Limitation of Liability

33xxx provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.

33xxx's liability to any player is limited to the amount held in that player's account at the time of any claim. 33xxx is not liable for indirect, consequential or financial losses claimed to result from platform downtime, settlement delays or decisions made in connection with platform use.

In cases of a genuine technical error affecting game outcomes — such as a RNG malfunction or a live feed failure — the affected round or bet will be voided and stakes returned. This is the limit of 33xxx's liability in such circumstances.

12 Changes to These Terms

33xxx may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where changes significantly affect player rights or obligations, we will notify registered account holders via account notification or email.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your account before the revised terms take effect. The process for account closure is described in Section 10.
